I don't know who my baby father is

I had sex the first month of January 2015 but the guy I had sex with said we had sex the middle of December 2014 I gave birth to my baby On November 4th could he be the father?? I think I conceived in February. I only takes 9 months but I'm not really sure if he could possibly be the father?

You are correct when you say "I think I conceived in February," at least, you are correct to think this if your baby came when he was due.

I assume the person who "said you had sex in the middle of December" (who you remember as having had sex with in January), is not the guy you had sex with around February 10?   You said you had sex with him "the first month of January 2015," did that mean the first week of January?  It would still be a month too early to produce a baby born on November 4 if it was the first week of January.  

Have you done a DNA test with the person with whom you had sex at the beginning of February?  That might be a way to start to get things cleared up.

I had a test done for one person and he was not the father the other guy I thought was the last guy I had sex with. my baby looks like him but how could my baby look like him if we did it way to early before it was time to produce my baby? I'm just confused.

Did you have the kind of test where he goes into a lab and shows ID?  Was there any way he could have send someone else's swab in?  Did you do this with a lawyer and a summons?

We did the test swab and I sent it off so there was no way he switched with anyone else. The other guy I had sex with the first month of January my daughter looks a lot like him and I know sperm only last 5 days, is it possible for a child to look like another sex partner who is not the father?? Because she really resembles him.

Hi, you keep saying "the first month of January" -- do you mean "the first month of 2015" or "the first week of January"?  What would be the latest date you slept with the guy who your daughter seems to resemble?

Home DNA tests aren't 100% reliable. The easiest thing to do would be to test with both guys, at a lab certified by the courts for determining paternity.  A lawyer can arrange for them to be there by summons if you think they won't come and test.

Yes, the first week of Jan 2015. I would say maybe the first week or the next week after that but no later than that.

So, let's say, perhaps the latest would be January 14?  That is the end of the "next week after that."  You really need to think, this is important.

And was your baby considered early, on time, or overdue?

If you gave birth to a healthy full term baby on Nov. 4th,  it's likely you conceived around Feb. 10.

I don't want to pin my baby on someone who is not the father but my baby looks exactly like him.
