In your opinion can I be the father?

My girlfriend last period was July 7 2016.  She pregnant now.  Probably I'm having is July 20 she had sex with her ex and then July 22 and July 23 was with me.   No protection was used on either acount.   What are my odds of being the father?  Because I really want to be.

What other information do you have?  For example, did she have an early ultrasound (such as, in her 6th or 7th week measured from the first day of her last period)?  If so, did they tell her a due date then?

Due date April 13
And did that due date come from a doctor looking at an ultrasound scan in her 6th or 7th week?  Or did it come later, or did it come from someone counting on a calendar or using a little cardboard wheel?

And I think it was around those weeks just not sure which
So what the thoughts?
I think you have a reasonable chance, but so does the ex.  It sounds like there could very well have been sperm from both of you in her reproductive tract at the same time when you had sex with her on the 22nd, and one sperm who made it to the egg, and there is no way to know which one unless you get a DNA test.

DNA tests can be done before the baby is born, but it costs a great deal more than if you get the test after the baby comes, and only a couple of the many labs who advertise this service have good reputations for accuracy.  Most prospective parents in this situation opt to save the money for the baby and do a DNA test after the baby comes, since DNA tests after the baby comes are much cheaper.

You said "What are my odds of being the father because I really want to be." Here is how to have 100% odds of being the father immediately.  Commit to raising the child no matter what his or her genetic package.  Marry the mother, love the baby, adopt the child if the DNA test proves it wasn't your genetic donation that made him, and then love and care for the child all its life.  Get the DNA test after the baby comes so you will know, but remember, a daddy isn't who makes them, it's who takes care of them.  A guy who is not actively being parental is just a sperm donor.  A dad is a guy who sits up with the child when she is sick, takes her to her first day of school, and is the person the child runs to when scared.  Whose sperm made it to the egg first is pretty much immaterial compared to being a dad.

If this bothers you, just do your thinking about the situation and what you want from it by imagining what you would do if she already had a very young child when you met her.  What would you want?  What would you do?  Make your decision about the situation from this mindset, and things should fall into place.

Good luck!  I hope that when you look back over the years to the days right now, you remember them as some of the most vital and important days.  :)  That is how I remember the time when I was pregnant with my son, and he came from a donor egg, not my DNA package at all.  I love him like no other.
I appreciate it.   I'll see about getting the dna before he's born.  Because if I'm not the father she'll want the other guy involved and I won't be around for that.  It was bad enough she did it.  But to know she'll want him around the whole time won't be worth it to me.  Plus I was raised blood is everything.   I  really appreciate your time and help.   Thank you
If you would like to do a prenatal DNA test, contact either Ravgen or the DDC.  Some cheapie so-called labs advertise heavily on the Internet but are famous for bad results, don't use one of those.  The two I named have good reputations.
If you guys opt not to do a prenatal DNA test because of the cost, definitely do one after the baby comes.  And in any case (no matter when you do the test) test with both men, the ex and yourself.  You want a definite yes for one of you and a definite no for the other one, before walking away from your girlfriend.
