Everything you are saying makes it sound like you did conceive between the 6th and the 10th, with it much more possible that you conceived from the second guy. I'm glad you got ultrasound-based information that is not influenced by your first day of your last period. (The date of the 6th came from the doctor's August 29 due date, which you say was influenced by him knowing when your last period was, and that of course biases the estimate with information that might not help the assessment be accurate.) You really need to rely on the ultrasound-based assessment, because it sees and measures the actual baby. I'm glad the tech gave you good, clear information. From everything you have said, though pulling out is not foolproof by any means, the fact that the first guy did pull out, and the sex was as early as the 1st, and add in what the tech said, all of it strongly suggests the second guy is the dad. Get a DNA test after the baby is born so you will never have to wonder (and because it is important to know for absolutely sure), but in your shoes I would go through the pregnancy assuming the second guy is the dad.
Ok so I had ultra sound in the 18th of Jan and ultra sound tech said I was about 7 wks and 4 days but the doc put my due date as aug 29th- saying 8wks that was based off lmp. Ultra sound tech said I conceived around the 10th of December or so. So would it mean that #2 has a higher chance of being father if we done it everyday from dec 4-dec15 and he ejacukated the 9th into the 10th?
When you have your ultrasound on the 18th, ask the tech to compute your estimated due date without taking into account when your last period was, only just using the measurements of the baby and its developmental markers. Get an estimated due date, not just a "weeks pregnant." Then take home the estimated due date and put it into a conception calculator online, or just count back on a calendar 266 days. That should give you an indication of which guy has the strongest chance of being the dad.
