Paternity questions

I had been on birth control for years and stopped taking it in July. I started my period August 13 and then had unprotected sex all month with my bf. he was not pulling out either. We did not have sex after August 28 together.  On September 7 I was drinking and do not remember if I had sex or not with a different guy. Guy #2 claims that we did have sex but I can't remember. I took 4 positive pregnancy tests on September 17. I went to the ER on sept 22 and they said after bloodworkn and an ultrasound I was 5 and a half weeks pregnant. On October 15 I got another ultrasound which dated me 8 weeks pregnant changing my due date to 'May 27. This puts conception on Sept 3 which is inbetween both men. I have days where I think it's gotta be the guys who I was having unprotected sex with but then there are days I wonder why sept 3 that's right in the middle

The research I've done says that you can't see a yolk sac via transvaginal ultrasound before five weeks and at my sept 22 visit they saw a told sac though.

The second ultrasound that I had was done at the same hospital. I'm just nervous because my doctor says conception could be seven days off either way. I will definitely hve to get a DNA test but it's just a stressful situation. Thank you for your comment!

I'd vote for the first guy.  Your boyfriend's sperm could have lived that long in your system from August 28. The ER is not the best for this kind of precise dating, was the second ultrasound at your personal ob-gyn's I hope?  Anyway, it doesn't sound like the second guy has anything to do with it; by all you've said it sounds like you were already pregnant when you did the deed [or not] on September 7.  In your shoes, I'd go on with the assumption that the baby is your boyfriend's, but have a DNA test with Mr. Not Boyfriend after the baby is born just to put the question to rest forever.
