My due date is Oct 24 I'm guessing I conceived Feb 1 I had intercourse with someone on the 22 nd of Jan and had intercourse with my babyfather in Jan between the 3rd through the 9 or the 10 through the 16 who has the best chance at being my sons father BTW my last period was jan18

Hi, Betty, sperm is said to last 5-6 days in a woman's body.   You didn't have to be fertile on the 22nd, and if he pulled out really doesn't matter.  You would not have had to ovulate on the 22nd to get pregnant from sex on the 22nd because of the long life of sperm in the woman's body after sex, and pulling out is not a working method of birth control, it fails all the time.  But if you had sex later than January 22 with anyone (before, say, February 2 or 3), then that is who could be the dad. So please try to remember.  Did you have sex with anyone after the 22nd?

It sounds like you have pretty good opinions that you got pregnant around January 31.  What I'm trying to figure out from what you have been saying is who you slept with closest to January 31.  If the last time you had sex at all was January 22, then that would have to be the guy no matter what the doctor said about January 31.  But if you had sex with your baby daddy or someone else after January 22 and had sex within range of January 31, (such as, January 27, 28, 29, 30 or 31), then the likelihood is stronger that the person you had sex with after January 22 is the father.  You mentioned having sex with your baby daddy earlier in January but not any other dates.  Did you have sex with anyone after January 22?

I dont remember having intercourse around on those days .but the 22nd i wasnt fertile and i didnt give him a chance to ejaculate thats whats throwing me off

The doctor had a cardboard wheel to tell me when I got pregnant I'm confused because she told me Jan.31 I got pregnant but when I searched online from my last period it say Feb 1 I've been having g sex with my BD in January I can't remember the exact days I just no we been having sex way before I got my period in Jan 18 I took two test before my period in Jan because my bd called me 3am saying he was throwing up but the test came back neg but from there on he was throwing up a lot then the 22nd I messed with someone else but I'm not sure if he ejaculated when I asked him he said he didn't my next period was supposed to be due feb18 but I took another test feb26 and it said positive I went to the hospital to confirm it and I told I been took a test and they both said negative she told me I took them too early I don't no I feel like my bd his the father

Given your due date, conceiving February 1 sounds logical unless you suspect the method by which you were given a due date was wrong.  Did you get that due date from an early ultrasound, or did the doctor just look at a calendar or a little cardboard wheel?  If you got the date from an ultrasound, was it an early ultrasound?

Anyway, if you conceived around February 1 as you think you did, who were you sleeping with that week?  You mentioned someone on January 22, and also that you had sex with someone January 3 through possibly January 16.  But you don't mention who you might have slept with around February 1.  Was there anyone?  Or was January 22 guy the only guy even close to February 1?

BTW my due date came from an ultrasound

And I no for a fact I didn't sleep with the January 22 guy round Feb 1 my only time sleeping with him was the 22 and it only lasted for like 6 mins cause he didn't no what he was doing he wanted to go another round but I told him no I only messed with him one time besides I thought it take 14 days toconcieve? If that's the case then there tno way the January 22 guy can be the father if the doc told me I got pregnant Jan 31
