Who could the dad be? Very confused 2 guys 1 week apart

Hi, I have question regarding who could the possible father of my child be.
Lmp 10/21
Due date 7/28
Guy#1 ex bf Oct 27
Guy#2 Nov 4
I had been tracking my cycles since August, but didn't start paying attention to ovulation symptoms until Oct because my cycles changed from 28days to 24 to 27 day cycles. According to the app I used to track my cycles, it said that I was fertile from Oct 28 to Nov 2 with the 2nd being ovulation day.my due date is based off of a 28 day cycle which have not been the case for me since July 2016. The same symptoms I had on November 2nd were similar to the ovulation day (Oct 7) predicted by the app for the previous month, such as breast tenderness, constipation, back pain, bloating, crampy, and very irritable. Now im confused to who the dad could be since everything is so close. I feel confident in November 2nd being my ovulation day because I had been involved with my ex in October as well and we had sex Oct 7(protected, ovulation day), 8th, 9th, and 10th. And if course I didn't get pregnant because I had a period Oct 21, so do you think my ovulation days are spot on? And who has a greater chance of being the dad?

I've been stressed for months about this and my due date is nearing. Thanks

My first ultrasound was at 10 weeks. I know that because her words were "Everything lines up with your LMP."

If a tech makes that statement, it means she used the baby's measurements to confirm when your lmp was, not that she based your due date on your last period irregardless of what the ultrasound measurements of the baby said. From your due date given to you at 10 weeks 0 days, you conceived on the 4th, not on the 2nd. (Just because you have ovulation symptoms on a day it does not mean that was the day of conception, eggs can live up to 36 hours.)

Pretty much all the data you have named (except the fact that your first ultrasound was at 10 weeks) lead to the conclusion that the second guy is the dad. (It would have been helpful if your first ultrasound had been at 6 or 7 weeks, but that's water under the bridge now.)

In your shoes, I would tentatively assume the second guy is the dad, but do a DNA test with both men when the baby is born. Everyone involved (not the least, the baby) deserves to know for sure, and you need to test with both men so you get a "yes" for one and a "no" for the other. If you only test with one man and get a no, you will not know if the test was in error or if it was correct. Test both guys. A lawyer will be able to help you with this if one or the other is unwilling.

Hi, I was asking about your first ultrasound, not your last one. They get less accurate for dating purposes as the pregnancy progresses, so I was trying to determine whether you had an ultrasound in your 6th or 7th week.

When you say "The tech matched my ultrasound with my lmp," how do you know that is what the tech did?

I was seeing a nurse practitioner until 26 weeks and she never asked about my cycle length or the fact that my periods were all over the place. The tech matched my ultrasound with my lmp. The ultrasound doesn't say too much, it only has my lmp on it. The last ultrasound I had was at 24 weeks and the Edd was 7/28 and Edd(aua) was 7/26 and i got this info from the screen the tech left up after the ultrasound was done. I spoke with my Dr about the situation and was told that a DNA was the only solution.

Did you have an ultrasound in November or December?

December 29th, I was around 10 weeks, but the due date was based off of my lmp.
What does the face of the ultrasound say? Did they give you a copy? Does it give a GA or an EDD? And why do you think your due date was based on your last period and not on the information from the ultrasound?
