Who got me pregnant?

My due date is February 3rd 2017. My last period was April 29th I have a 31 day cycle. I had unprotected sex with one man May 7th and then the other man May 14th, 15th, and 17th. My peak ovulation day was the 15th.  So that means I would be pregnant by the 2nd man correct? I'm going crazy over this.

Hi, what makes you think your peak ovulation day was May 15?  Because you have a 31-day cycle?

Did you get your due date from an ultrasound?  If so, they would have counted back 2 weeks from presumed conception, not 16 or 17 or 18 days.  An ultrasound that says your due date is February 3 is saying you got pregnant on May 13.  (Unless, of course, you had the ultrasound later than your first trimester.  If so, it has a margin for error that would account for either guy.)

I had a peak ovulatio test that day. The Dr's gave me my due date based on my lmp and then when I got my first ultrasound that next month at 12 weeks they told me February 5th was most likely the day but they didn't change it because it was within a weeks time.
OK, so you got your first ultrasound at 12 weeks, and they said your estimated due date was February 5 ... but since a 12th-week ultrasound has a margin for error when used for dating conception of +/- 7 days, it could be earlier or later by that much.  Have your subsequent ultrasounds changed your estimated due date or has it stood still?
It's stood still
If it has stood still not because the doctor's office didn't bother to change it but because that is what the baby's measurements have said, this (plus your ovulation test) would indicate you conceived on May 15.

The problem is that you can't be sure if your doctor is being ultra-specific and ultra careful about the hair-splitting timing of these dates, after all you also got a February 3 due date, which could indicate May 13 for conception.  That is a less likely date based on what you have described, though.

And even if it was May 13, it is (only just barely) far enough away from May 7 to indicate the second guy much more strongly than the first guy.

I'd vote the second guy is the dad, and in your shoes would go through the pregnancy assuming it.  Then get a DNA test when the baby is born, and put the whole question to rest so you never wonder.
