If he gave you a due date of November 12, that would suggest (though not guarantee) conception around the 20th of February from the sex on the 18th. But there is no big safety margin here, the ultrasound could be off by only one day and the baby would be from be the married guy from the 14th. If you intend to keep the baby no matter what, just wait and do a DNA test once the baby is born, with both guys. Only a DNA test will give you the certain answer you need.
Hi, thanks for your reply.
The length between the last 2 periods were about 32-33 days
I was sched for and IUD check with my primary GYN and had a positive urine test, so they did a sono and he saw the fetus, he was guessing maybe 9wks/4 days. I was then referred to a high risk b/c the IUD could not be located. Further more the high risk OB did further workup and measurements and put me at 10 wks and given a due date of 11/12/16.
so I had an appt today 5/5 and still same due date by sono i am 12wk/5days. the IUD is still in place and cannot be removed fear of causing a miscarriage, it is positioned right behind the sac.
Also, I assume "few drinks etc led to the unplanned" means sex? Was all of the sex unprotected?
The way I read your post, the dates of sex are (please correct if wrong):
guy 1 - Feb 9
guy 2 - Feb 10
guy 2 - Feb 14
guy 1 - Feb 18
and that a standardized time between a period and ovulation used by an online calculator suggests February 15, but your cycles are usually a little longer or irregular so you are thinking it might have been February 16 or 17? The problem you will have is that if all the sex was unprotected, having sex with guy 2 on the 14th and sex with guy 1 on the 18th (if that is what that meant) covers you by both guys for all the times you might have been ovulating.
Getting an exact days/weeks count would help to determine when they think you conceived. What is going to happen, by the way, about the IUD, will you have it removed?
When you said "sono results put me at about 9-10 weeks," did you mean on 4/20 the doctor knew you were pregnant and did an ultrasound, or was that later? And what does "about 9-10 weeks" mean? Did they give you a figure like 9 weeks 5 days or something like that?
