Another strong reason to do the DNA test is the very fact that you had been having sex with your boyfriend all the time with no condom or pull out and had not gotten pregnant.  Given all of that unprotected sex, in your shoes I would be a little nervous that the one time I had sex with a different guy I got pregnant.  This is not proof, of course, but it would add some fuel to my determination to be absolutely certain.

You had an ultrasound on August 29 and if it said your gestational age was 5 weeks 0 days on August 29, (it would be good for you to check the ultrasound report), remembering that the count is begun by the doctor at the assumed or computed first day of the last period (not the day of conception), you count back 3 weeks 0 days from August 29 to get an estimated conception date.  This accounts for the doctors assuming you are two weeks to first day of last period from your ovulation date.  This all says you likely conceived around August 8.  Unfortunately, statistically speaking, condoms used without spermicidal foam have only an 80% effectiveness rate.  That means you can't rule out the guy you had sex with on the 6th.  Your boyfriend obviously had more opportunities if you were having a lot of sex with him around the same time period.  But it could be the other guy.  If you don't want to tell your boyfriend, test with the other guy, but you do need to do a DNA test.  It is only fair to all four of you (your boyfriend, the other guy, yourself, and the baby) to know for sure.

When they went by my period they said I'm due may 6 but when I had an ultrasound it showed I was due April 28, but when I had my first ultrasound at the hospital to find out that I was she said just five weeks I Asked when did I get pregnant she said like July 10-15 around that time, but it was a once thing with the dude n we used a condom Aug 6 it didn't break or nun I just keep thinking about it. Although I had an period July 30 it usually be seven days but it was only like 3 days I remember it being over short but I wasn't spotting so I didn't know if it was irregular or to call it regular.

Hi, marieash, do you know that when a doctor or tech counts the "weeks pregnant," the date the count begins is about two weeks before when you would have conceived?  Did they say 5 weeks 0 days, or 5 weeks 6 days, or what, on August 29?  And how did they get that count, from an ultrasound?  Or just from when your last period was?

And did you have sex with your boyfriend throughout the same time as you had sex with the other guy?

I don't think I need an DNA I used a condom with the sec dude and it don't even add up with him if I had sex with him Aug 6 and found out I was 5 weeks Aug 29

That's not something anyone can answer for you sweet heart. You need to go with your gut or do a DNA test or honestly which ever one is more of a father figure . sometimes u just don't want to know,

I was wondering between these two dudes who could be the father I used a condom with one and the other one is my boyfriend and we never uses condoms but anyways it still scares me til this day I'm due April 28 2015 and I had sex with the dude with the condom on Aug 6 2014 but on Aug 29 I found out at the hospital I was 5 weeks...
