lmp vs gestional age

Ok.  It's pretty late into my pregnancy (34w5d) but Im confused.  My lmp does not match up with gestational age.  First off I have very irregular periods.  

My lmp was sept. 17th.  (I'm sure) but the doctors said my lmp was sept. 29th and dd is july 3rd... ?

Idk if the doc is right.  I want to know around When I conceived or the days that would have gotten me pregnant.  Thanks.

well, I think if he's willing to be there, let him be there & test again then.. go ahead & bring this up to the hospital. I'm sure those first results are accurate, but of course you need reassurance.

Ur welcome the DNA test are usually accurate the bad reviews are usually about loosing results and stuff not test being wrong solid say ur safe and like Annie said it really doesn't matter when ur period was u can ovulate later than most women its not uncommon especially if you have a longer cycle but Andy ways trust the first test and stop stressing so much and then get another one done to confirm and be happy you dodged a bullet lol

Well either way your dates are like exact with mine and I was told I conceived the 9th of October... You already did a DNA test so idk why your stressing WO much but like she said no matter what anyone says were due soon and you can just do another test then

Yes he is willing and he wants her to be his sooooooo bad.  I want the same. I am just praying that my first results were correct.  Oh God I'm stressing out

it's too hard to say.. semen can live inside the vagina for up to 5 days, and that urine test at the ER may not have been correct. your HCG levels may not have been strong enough to pick up.. there's been plenty women just around my town to go to the doctor and have urine & blood tests done, get a negative, but they were in fact pregnant.

no matter how well anyone is able to pinpoint any date on here, it's not going to be exact.. no one knows when your egg implanted.
you'll just need to have a dna test done the day the baby is born.. is the guy that you want to be the father willing to be there that day & get tested?

you only have a few weeks left, and no matter what anyone tells you on this forum.. you're going to have to find out either way after the baby is born.

I'm just freaking out because those days are so close and on top of that I went to the ER oct. 11th and the doc was like sounds like you're most likely pregnant but the urine test was negative so I'm thinking I was pregnant before the 11th

She's saying you could've ovulated in October and you had sex with September guy on the 11th of October still in ur conception window... You should trust the paternity test especially if you tested both

Yes I'm saying that the guy that I do not want to be the dad is the person I was with for those oct days (1st to the 9th). The person I want it to be i was with all Sept. And then starting again on The 11th of oct.  The teat says that sept guy is the dad which I'm hoping for but these dates are throwing me off pointing to the other guy.

As I said, it doesn't matter when your last period was, once they see the baby and measure it.  If they saw the embryo at 8w5d gestational age, that means it was around 6w5d since conception.  That gives a range of October 6 -14 for conception, with the most probable day being October 10.  Are you saying that points to someone that the tests you did from Acumetrics say is not the dad?

Both men know I tested them. The man that I want it to be wasn't sure how to feel about the results. And yes I'm very confused cuz the dates are pointing towards the guy that I don't want it to be but the test says it's the person I want it to be. And I told the docs but they just brush it off. I'm going to say something again about my dates to them but I'm just Really freaking out cuz if this baby is not who I want it to be idk what I will do

To be honest, I've seen a ton of bad reviews regarding viaguard accumetrics--but it does seem to make a difference if you've tested both men in that it's more accurate. I would be super confused as you seem to be if you know your LMP was 9/17 and they're telling you it wasn't--what was your doctor's response to that? The experts around these boards seem to indicate that early ultrasounds are very accurate--I'm sorry I can't give you a more firm answer. Do the guys you tested know they were tested? Do they feel comfortable with the results or do they know you are concerned?

I have done the non invasive through viaguard accumetrics.  I tested both men.

Who was your test through? Ravgen and DDC seem most reliable--other companies appear to be a little more questionable according to the research I've done. Was it an non-invasive test or a test through amnio or CVS? Did you test with both potential fathers? I had a test through Ravgen, and have moments of panic about the results because it's just my nature, but they seem super reliable and have a pretty impeccable background.

Nooooooo the september guy is the person who I pray is the father and yes I took a test and it came back as the September guy.  Im hoping that they were right!  : (

I would doubt that my conception period was in October according to everything I've researched and been told.... I'd say u can trust the ultrasound too they're not going to be that wrong in early pregnancy mine was November 20 showed me at 8 weeks were like right close to each other... I wouldn't imagine the September man to be ur guy

I'd say you just ovulated late ...my period was sept 25 and I'm due July 2
