paternity issues help

Made a huge mistake an need help!! Lmp 9th december with a31day cycle had had unprotected sex with a friend on the 14th of dec (mistake) and on an between the 22nd to 26th with my partner pisitive preg test on the 9th of Jan could the encounter on the 14th of dec resulted in my pregnacy???

You could count back manually on a calendar from your estimated due date.  Count back 266 days.

Thankyou , I have used a conception / ovulation calender some give me the 22nd an others say od was 26th its quite confusing

It sounds like your boyfriend has the edge, as the calculators give December 22 as the estimate conception date.  Unfortunately, you can't rule out the other guy without a DNA test.

Thank you for your reply,  my edd is Sept 14th had my dating scan on the 06/03/14 an was 12 week 4 days edd has not changed throughout my pregnacy , my cycles are more or less a day every 31 day's .

Hi, lucy, it would help to have more information to make an educated guess about this.  In theory, if your cycles are exactly 31 days like clockwork and have been every month for years, you could hope to have ovulated just late enough so that your friend's sperm was non-viable.  But if your cycles are not 100% exact, counting forward from the last period does not help much.  It would be better if you had some results from an early ultrasound.  Did you get an ultrasound in February?  If so, what estimated due date did they give you at that time?
