stressed.

Okay I'm try to explain this. My last period was Nov 12, it was 4 days regular period. But now that I'm 29 weeks they say I'm measuring 3 weeks bigger. How can they change it when I had a period? I mean i have always been measuring a week bigger but never 3 weeks. I'm kinda freaking out bc me and my bf got together the Oct 12. So I'm freaking out about the maternity of our son if they change the date. Can anyone help me. Oh and the last time I had sex w the ex was Oct 5th but if u calculate that doesn't it mean I should be about ready to have him. Honestly I'm stressing.help

Yeah the ultrasound only showed a 1 week ahead. So my due date didn't change. And me and the bf are so happy. We even seen his little hair on ultrasound.

OK so before these other women freak you out, you don't need a paternity test.  It's normal to fluctuate in size a few weeks, Especially later in pregnancy. You may go in to your next apt and be back to normal.  You baby goes through different growth spurts and lays differently which makes you measure different.

Hey I'm measuring 3 weeks bigger at the moment I'm 32 weeks today due the 4th August BUT my last period started October 8th which would mean my due date was actually July 14th and not August 4th (which is 3 weeks difference) They reckon that I conceived November 11th but I didn't have a period after that one October 8th! So long story short could be just that you make big babies I was 10 pound when I was born and I think I'm going to just have a big boy :) Try not to worry yourself about it! Dates can differ and baby can measure bigger one week and you could go few weeks later and they can measure right on time!

I am 35 weeks and conceived around Oct. 21. My last period started Oct. 7. If you were three weeks ahead, you still would have conceived in November or December  whether you are 29 weeks or 32. People kill me screaming DNA test as the only option. Using mathematical and biological stand point the dates still match your current boyfriend to be the father.

If you had gotten pregnant from sex on Oct. 5 you would be past 37 weeks by a few days. I don't think the doctors would make that big a mistake if they wanted to.

Also, someone said it above. Babys grow at different stages. The first ultrasound is best at depicting gestational age. Later in the pregnancy is rough guessing because not all babies grow at the same intervals.

But 2 periods and a crap load of pregnancy test bc at the time they were trying to find a brain tumor so not only did I have a pee test but a blood test bc they were checking my levels.and they are only saying that the uterus measurements so far are 3 weeks bigger. But today they are checking the weight. But me and my bf were both almost 9 pounds.

Lol you can't know who your baby's father is by the color of it's skin. I'm Asian and my boyfriend is black and our baby came out looking straight up Asian with white skin and pin straight dirty blonde hair, and I know he's the father because he's the only guy I've been with for 5 years. Get a paternity test.

Go based on the original due date that was given to you at the first ultrasound (either 8 or 10 weeks) after 13 weeks babies grow at different rates, some measure on time, other measure ahead, depending on how quickly they gain weight.

It won't be hard to determine the father once he is born. Its just I don't see how I could be showing bigger when I had to periods before getting pregnant. And I even had to have a pregnancy test when I went to the ob on Nov 12 and it was negative.
