Lady B27, you're going to need a DNA test. I'm sorry, but there is no other way to tell.
lippers, this gal does not have the right to refuse a DNA test if she is telling people your brother-in-law is the dad. Your brother-in-law can talk to a family-law judge and get a court order.
Help..my friend wanted a baby and trapped my brother inlaw. They used protection but it split and she gave him her word shed get the pill. Her first day of her period was the 23rd dec..due date 29sept..i found out she slept with a guy on tge 27th dec 13 and then my brother in law on the 1st. I know sperm can live up to 5days. She is refusing dn for whatever reason and is sayn hes the dad but wont him invovled. I tryed to tlk to her but shes being very cruel and threating..is my brother in law the daddy or not? Helppp please.
I do not have those figures, but using my last mestruation date it shows dat guy1 is da father however da problem is dat i never had regulary periods-sometimes i will hv it early sometimes late but i never went a month without having one. The biggest problem is dat i never told guy1 dat he might be da father on da ada hand guy2 is convinced dat he is da baby daddy.
ladyB. when the baby comes is not actually the key piece of helpful information for deciding who has a better chance of being the dad. Babies can come a little early or a little late. What might help you make a guess at it is if you have an early ultrasound that you can look at. If you had one in your 6th or 7th week, what date does it say on it (like March 4) and what number of weeks gestational age (like 6 weeks 5 days)? And what estimated due date does it say on it? (That would be noted as EDD.) If you don't have those figures from an early ultrasound, you can try to make a guess based on the first day of your last period, but that is not very helpful unless your periods are always super, super regular, like, they always come every 28 days no matter what.
Adding on the above, my last periods date was the 20th of December.
