It sounds like your husband's baby.  The conception calculator gives the estimated conception date of January 6 for a due date of September 29.  Even though at 11 weeks there is a margin for error, it would be perhaps +/- 6 days from the 6th.  That doesn't stretch quite far enough back to reach the guy on the 25th, even if his sperm lasted a while in your system.  I would remain optimistic that the baby is from your husband, but would also be sure to test once the baby is born just to put the whole question to rest.

In other words, don't use the dates as an excuse not to test, but don't stress too much in the meantime.

Well, it can, but it is not guaranteed to.  The Cowper's Gland puts out pre-ejaculatory fluid that goes down the man's urethra and out his penis pretty much as soon as he gets an erection.  It is not itself full of sperm, but if your ex had ejaculated relatively recently prior to the sex with you, he could have had lots of living sperm still hanging around in his urethra that took the pre-ejaculate bus right into Ladytown.   This is why "pulling out" as a form of birth control is not really a form of birth control.  (Tip off your ex that he cannot count on it working.)  But given that the dates seem to add up to your husband, I would not obsess over this.  In your shoes, I would test with my ex (at a reliable lab, not a drugstore test), but would feel safe assuming that you got pregnant on the 6th of January.

This is not absolute, you can't go without a DNA test in the end, but it does seem like you would be safe to assume throughout your pregnancy that you got pregnant on the 6th of January and not before.

Yes they gave me that due date at 11 weeks. My obgyn said it may change the next time I go in depending on how she measures

Your due date at this time is September 29?  Was it also given to you as September 29 when you had the ultrasound at 'like 11 weeks,' or has it changed?

Hi, booboo, can you give the date of your first ultrasound, what number of weeks GA they said you were at the time ("weeks pregnant,") and what estimated due date they gave you from that ultrasound?
