Who could is the dad?

On Jan 4th I had drinks (not a drinker) and a guy and I had sex in which I feel I was taken advantage of because I was really out of it being my first time drinking. But I guess I shouldn't have had so many drinks. However I just learned that I am pregnant. I don't remember my period. But I had a ultrasound on 2/9 and it said I was 5w1d the tech didn't give me a EDD but I had the ultrasound because I have cyst and I thought one ruptured and was having pains only to find out im just pregnant. I have a boyfriend and I know we had sex at least once a week the rest of month (he knows nothing of my sexual encounter) when does it sound like I conceived. I really need to know bc I don't have money for a Prenatal test and I'm sure the guy wouldn't agree and telling my bf is out the question. Please help me anyone.

This is BrittanyB12 , I accidentally logged out and have logged in from my original account. And I meant sex from the 4th not the second, and from my other post asking about prenatal DNA yes I have tested positive. My post asking "Am I pregnant?" Was from 2/2016 not of this year. I hope you aren't confused.

Can I confirm that you're saying Baldie91 and BrittanyB12 are one and the same person?  If so, you have just said on your other thread that you are considering an abortion over this?  I think the baby came from sex around the 18th.  Does that help at all or are you still too afraid?
Pm me if you would like.

I made a appointment for a ultrasound this upcoming week, paying out of pocket seeing this isn't a "doctors appointment" but from the GA I was given your saying sex from Jan 2nd couldn't have produced the baby? I really appreciate your feedback!

Getting another ultrasound is a good way to check what you were told on the 9th.  Be sure to ask the tech when your estimated due date is.  Don't go by the first day of your last period, just by the measurements of the baby.
In fact, the first day of the last period matters so little that it's almost better not to mention when it was.  You don't want dates based on the average length of the average woman's cycle and ovulation to be applied if you had an irregular cycle, it would muddy the waters.  The best information you can get is by using the ultrasound measurements of the actual baby.

Once you have an ultrasound, it's better if all counts go from it and not from the actual first day of your last period.  Because women don't ovulate exactly like the averages, but once the ultrasound sees and measures the baby, that is a definite known number.

Doctors, nurses, techs, ultrasounds -- all are measuring "GA" when they say a number of weeks, the best way to understand it is GA - 2 weeks = probable conception date, so (in your case) 5w1d - 2 weeks = 3w1d from conception.   Please ask your doctor to explain this to you.

Possibly it would help if you asked what your due date is, based only on your ultrasound.  Then put the due date into a conception calculator online or just count back 266 days from it, and that will point to an assumed date of conception.  It really doesn't matter if it relates to your last period or not, what you should go by is the numbers given to you from the size of the embryo.

From your ultrasound one would expect your period to be more like January 3 or so, if your cycles are an average number of days between periods.  Are your cycles long or sometimes irregular?

I think the baby came from your boyfriend, from sex around January 18.

Do you know that medical counts of pregnancy begin on the first day of the woman's last period (or, on a calculated first day of last period if her cycles are irregular)?  If the tech said you were 5 weeks 1 day GA (gestational age) on February 9, he or she was saying your last period should have come 5 weeks 1 day ago, and conception was 3 weeks 1 day ago.

If you can't see this, talk to your doctor and perhaps even get another ultrasound.
