If we know for sure (and you would be surprised at how often women write in and tell me a certain number of weeks and days, and then later write me back and say oops, it is a different number of weeks and days) -- if we know for sure that your ultrasound said 6 weeks 4 days gestational age and that ultrasound identified your due date as being August 25, we could assume you conceived on December 2.  Problem is, we don't have proof of either the 6w4d number or the due date, and memory can be shifty.  (ERs are not really the place to go for a scan to get this information anyway.)

All you can do is get a DNA test.  It's not possible to know for sure at this point because you don't know how reliable your information about the first ultrasound is.

The first ultrasound is usually the most accurate to use for determining when you conceived.  Babies grow at different rates, but they all begin as one cell.  As time goes by, the embryo might grow faster or slower than the average, making the conception date more difficult to determine reliably from later ultrasounds.  The first ones are the ones to pay attention to.  Do you have a copy of the report from your 6 weeks 4 days ultrasound?  If you do, does that one say right on it, 6 weeks 4 days gestational age and estimated due date August 25?

Actually, the conception date does not add up to December 10, the conception date for an estimated due date of August 25 (if the ultrasound is reliable and was done early in the pregnancy) is December 2.  Your period is not as reliable for dating the pregnancy as an early ultrasound is, so don't expect them to match up.  (Some women ovulate later or earlier in their cycle.)  It is the information from your earliest ultrasound that matters.

Do you have a copy of that ultrasound or its report?  Can you look at it and confirm what day it was done (was it for sure on January 10?) and how many weeks GA they thought you were on January 10 (6 weeks 4 days for sure?)   Did you compute any of this yourself, such as the due dates, or were they given to you by your doctor?  And, did he give them to you at the time of your first ultrasound?

No they told me the due date was aug 25 at the first ultrasound and aug 27 at the second one which is confusing me because the conception date add up to dec 10 on the first ultrasound  but my last period was nov19-23 i dont understand

So, they did not give you that due date at your first ultrasound?  Because if they had told you that you were 6 weeks 4 days on January 10, they would not have told you that you were due on August 27, they would instead have told you a due date of August 31.  Did they tell you the due date of August 27 at that earliest ultrasound, or did you get it more recently?

...its strange because i think i had sex with one on nov 24 and the other dec 10 my first ultrasound on jan 10 said 6 weeks and 4 days which doesn't add up to my last cycle but my second ultrasound was on april 13 and it said 20 weeks and 4 days which add up to my last period so im confused idk if i ovulated late or early

If all your due date info came from an ultrasound as early as your sixth week, December 10 seems like it is a little too late.  Was the other one prior to December 10?

If you were given the due date of August 27 from your 6w4d ultrasound, then you are safe in assuming that you conceived on or around December 4, with only a very small margin for error (like, +/- 1 or 2 days).  How fine of a line are you trying to draw between two guys?  In other words, how far apart were they?

Hi, Kate, how did you get your due date?  Was it, I hope, by an early ultrasound?  If you got an ultrasound in your 7th week, for example, and they told you then that based on the baby's measurements you were due August 27, then you could reliably assume you conceived around December 4.  But if you got your due date from a paper calendar at home based on your last period, or from an ultrasound that was past 10 or 11 weeks, it won't be as reliable for computing conception.
