Hi mommies. I've had this app for quiet some time but and I just lately starting reading posts and stuff. My name is Sarah and I'm 20 and pregnant with my first baby. I have a question but please don't judge or be mean.
I know nothing is certain without a DNA test but I would like to tell you my situation and just get opinions. Me and my boyfriend of 2 years broke up in December and being a college student, I went to a party one night and had a sexual encounter I'm not proud of. The guy apparently has some issues because he ejaculated during foreplay. I'm not sure if he peed or not (knowing pre ejaculation contains semen if nothing cleans out the penis) but about an hour later we tried having sex again but he couldn't keep it up and there was a few times when he did penetrate w/o a condom but he never reAched ejaculation since we gave up after 10 minutes. I didn't have any reason to believe I was pregnant but took a test out of paranoia. I took one on Christmas Eve and one the day after Christmas (both negative) and I started what I thought was my period on the 27th but it didn't last very long like normal. Me and my bf got back together and had unprotected sex (just 2 weeks later, I know, shameful) my ultrasounds date right on track with my bf being the dad but is there a chance the random guy could be daddy even though there was no ejaculation and my dating scan goes with my bf? Sorry so long and Any opinions are appreciated!

Or, I guess I could say, listen to the doctor over people online. There is comfort in chatting, but the doctor is the one who holds the aces here.

Sarah, when a doctor says you conceived January 10 and are due around October 3 or 4, that is the person whose opinion you should listen to, he or she has gone to medical school and diagnosed many patients, and has examined you, and has your medical records and all your information. A bunch of voices on the Internet are not going to do better than that.
I will say that it is not uncommon for posters to come to DNA/Paternity not because they have medical reasons to doubt what the doctor says, but because they have a guilty conscience or simply feel bad about doing something against their values. Unfortunately, voices on the Internet aren't going to be able to help very much with that either. If this is eating you up, please see a counselor or therapist. You can't undo what happened, but you can move forward with positive resolve to (a) never do such a thing again, and especially (b) to make your boyfriend the happiest father on earth. This might help you feel like you are atoning for your mistake.

Oct babies I think are from jan I'm in the same exact situation I my mistake was Nov29 had sex with my boyfriend after we got back together Dec 16 Til Jan 1 my due date is Sept 14 nd everyone from this website and my doctors say I concieted end of dec most possible day Dec22 so If there right about me then mayb you too since ur due date is a lot farther then mine I think it adds up to Jan
Bump. I know its been forever since I posted this but I feel like I need more opinions. This is eating me up inside. I've been so stressed and its causing cramps.
I'm due Oct 2 and the Dr thinks we conceived Jan 9. I also had my lmp Dec 26. My dates seem to right in line with yours. Hope that helps!
Aww everyone has a moment where they go out of their comfort zones or do things they usually wouldnt . Its no ones place to judge you nor do I think anyone would !
Thank you ladies for being so kind and sensitive. I was worried of criticism and being called names, I just really wanted some opinions. I'm not that kind of girl but when I have one moment, I end up pregnant month later. Just my luck. Good luck to all of you on your sweet little babies.
October 3rd is my due date ! (: I also conceived Jan. 10 according to how the doctor determines dates and what not .
I would say your boyfriend! If the other guy didnt get it all the way in, or reach ejaculation it rules out a lot. It just makes more sense that its your boyfriend :) congrats on your wittle baby :)
I would say its your bf baby. Specially since you waited an hour to try again. Seman dies when not inside (if im making sense) but the fact the didnt ejaculate inside you and then you waited an hr I would say no its not his babys I would say the bfs :) I hope this helps. If you have any other questions about it ask your dr im sure she can explain further
Thank you! I sure hope it's my boyfriends. If dates help at all, the one night thing happened dec 14 . Took a pregnancy test dec 24 and 26 both negative and I had some sort of bleeding (hopefully period and not implantation) dec 27. Doctor says I conceived Jan 10 and due around Oct 3 or 4
Oh yeah since your dates are pretty far from the sexual encounter with the other one I'd say its most likely your boyfriends.
Oh nvm. I reread. Haha yeah if they match up the chances of it being your bfs are probably right. Since the other guy didn't even finish. Maybe ask your doctor about it? Everything is confidential. And maybe they can help ease your mind :)
Yes I have. I'm 12 weeks so I've had 2 ultrasounds and both are right on track and say I conceived Jan. 10 but I'm just so nervous and paranoid there's a chance it's the other guys.
I'd say its your boyfriend. (: have you gotten an ultrasound yet to confirm how far along you are?
Thank you ladies and he never ejaculated inside me. He barely had it in since he has trouble getting erections. I just want it to be my boyfriends. I'm really upset over my erratic and immature actions
Usually semen can live inside u for 48hrs after intercorse. If there is a two week difference from ur boyfriend and ur one night fling then it is possibly ur bf. But yes a dna is always the best! Good luck
