So I been having sex with my boyfriend all thru June and July well on July 4th I got my period and it lasted till the 7th and so after that I kept having sex with my boyfriend but then on august 3rd I had sex with a boy for like 2mins but then next day I was supposed to have my period but I missed it so on august 10th I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive and so I went to doctor on august 12th and I was about 4-5weeks and my due date is April 10th,2017.  So who is the father ? My boyfriend or the other dude

And yes and yes he was the only guy in July.  The guy on august 3rd was a friend and he was a slip up I didn't even like him

Not the other guy.  Was the sex in July with your boyfriend all unprotected, and he was the only guy in July?  August 3 would be too late, you would have already been pregnant by then.  Did you get your due date from an ultrasound on August 12?

I get that was what your due date was but how did you get it?  Did you have an ultrasound on August 12?  Or did the doctor just use a little cardboard wheel and count forward from the first day of your last period?
Yes ma'am I had an ultrasound on the 12th
If the due date was based on the measurements of the embryo from the ultrasound, then you were already pregnant by your boyfriend when you had the sex with Mr. Wrong.
