Help paternity

This is really embarrassing but I need a little help with paternity. I had sex with a guy (Man A) on Dec 12 & then got back with my boyfriend (Man B) and been with him ever since. I had a period Dec 24 but spotted RIGHT BEFORE but did seem to have a normal cycle. Found out I was pregnant on jan 25 & went to the doctor feb 5 and saw only a gestational sack, no heartbeat & no baby but the sack measured about 7 weeks but the doctor said I seemed to be about 5-6 weeks. Went back feb 20 and measured 7 weeks & 3 days & had a heartbeat. Last ultrasound was March 13 and I measured 11 weeks & 3 days. My first estimated due date was oct 6 but they now changed it to sept 29. I know this isn't the place to go for this but I'm just seeing if I could have conceived with man A then I'll be forced to tell my boyfriend (He knows I cheated but doesn't know about the doubts) he's also already told his family so I'm really hoping it's my boyfriends & I don't believe a paternity test will be necessary due to the dates being spread apart. I am going to talk to my doctor next visit but haven't been able to because my boyfriend comes back with me but I will get my doc alone and make sure. Could I have conceived Dec 12 with Man A? I was due Sept 29 with a baby that I wasn't able to carry to term (a couple years ago). I was told that I had conceived at the end of December. So I'm guessing the baby is your bf's

You can have a period and still be pregnant. I say its to close to be 100% because we are actually pregnant for 10months so dna is the only way to be sure..

Im guessing man b aswell because you did have a period after your relations withan a which doesnt completly rule him out but it does lower the chances ALOT

I was conceived on dec 9 and born sept 1 so I think the baby is your bf, for sept 29 it seems a little to far apart from man a

DNA test is the best choice to completely  be sure :)
