Certainly a baby conceived earlier would be bigger, and there is enough time in between the guys that it would be noticeable in an ultrasound.  But your case is even simpler than that because if the last time you had sex with Mr. Wrong was September 24 and then if you had a period beginning September 25, you just did not get pregnant by Mr. Wrong.  Women ovulate two weeks before their period, and their egg only lasts one day.  You would have had to ovulate one day before your period, and that doesn't happen.

You Answered My Question Great, I Was Jus Wondering If You Think if I conceived somehow With The Other guy Would The Ultrasound Would've Shown The Baby To Be Bigger? I Don't Know much About These Things To Really Give Factual Proof To My Bf He's The Daddy.

Thank You For Your Advice! I Wasn't Sure If A Girl Could Get PregnantLiterally The Night Before My Lmp And If An 8 Week Ultrasound Would Be That Far Off On A Conception Date...I Will Continue To Tell Him What I Already Know And I Guess If He Wants To GetA Test That's Up To Him...Thank You!!

If the last time you had sex with Mr. Wrong was September 24 and then if you had a period beginning September 25, you didn't get pregnant by Mr. Wrong.  You would not have been ovulating the day before your period.  If your conception date from the ultrasound was October 9, that sounds correct, given when your period was.  Your boyfriend is being nervous, which is understandable in any new dad, but there is no reason to assume the worst just because he is nervous.  It's just not the way things work out, for a woman to get pregnant one day before her period and then to have the period and then somehow to magically be pregnant from before the period.  Tell your boyfriend you know the baby is his, but that you two and the baby will be sure to have a DNA test once the baby is born just so he will never have to worry about this again.  It wasn't the other guy.
