not proud but please help
My LMP was October 17th 2014. I had sex with one man on Oct. 27.im not sure when I ovulated. (Cuz I thought I would never be able to get pregnant)Then I had sex with another man Nov. 2 & 3. Based on my lmp it says my conception was 10/17 but based on my EDD/ ultrasound (July 27, 2015)it says conception is Nov. 3. Which man is likely to be the father ? Just want opinions please don't be negative ! Im getting a dna done when the baby gets here as well
I agree with ^^ the dates are def. Too close ONLY DNA can give you the answer you need! @Brianajones12 I agree that q1they will be pissed but if they choose not to communicate with her during her pregnancy then that is something they will have to deal with when they find out who the father is. I didn't say it was going to be all good once she tells them BUT I personally think and this is just MY opinion what I would do if I was on this situation I would let them know that it is a possibility that either one can be the dad and it is they choice if they wanna be there throughout the pregnancy. What if she chose to only tell one man and it turned out to be the other man and he didn't even have the option to decide weather or not he wanted to be there for appointments or ultrasounds etc. Only she knows these men and how they might react so like I said we can give her all the advice in the world but ultimately she has to decide what would be best for her and her baby.
My LMP was also October 17 and when I asked my doctor when I most likely "got pregnant" he told me within a day or two of Halloween. You can get DNA test while pregnant and it is safe. I had blood test at 10 wks they are able to take blood from mom and separate it from baby's blood. No harm
I sent u a message but the baby center is saying u conceived oct 31 if your last period was oct 17 so guy 1 is most likely the father if u had sex the 27 with guy 1 sperm lives in u for 5 days.. When u had sex with guy 2 on nov 2,3 9/10 your baby was forming already good luck
I didn't get a positive test for almost 4 months with my first same position you're in but after my son was born I was able to determine who the father was
Blessedwith5tobe Dont do that if you not going thou what she going thou Dont tell her that cause they gonna stress her out to the max and she Dont need that right now but you are right on one thing we can't tell her what to do its up to yougo with you gut count from Oct until July and see how many moths you get then count to Nov to Aug and see what you get I bet $100 when you count Oct to July you gonna get 9 month and Nov to gauges you gonna get 10 months in 3 weeks you gonna turn 20 weeks while I will be 23 weeks I'm 20 now subtract 20 from 17 and see what you get no mater if you do it on the
No I don't agree ^^ she should definitely tell both men what is going on! At least they both can be prepared for the out come! What if she only decides to tell one man and then it turns out its the wrong one.... Everyone makes mistakes and that is OK its not like you planned for this to happen but you just have to think what's best for your baby!! You are going to get a lot of opinions and advice but its your life and your baby you have to do what's beat for the two of you MY opinion and what I would do in your situation is tell both of the men so that there isn't any "surprises" when the baby gets here. I'm sure that they are going to be pissed or upset but they need to realize you are all grown **** happens at least you are being honest and letting them know! I know that this must be really hard for you to be going through but just look at the bright side you are going to have a beautiful baby!!! And since the dates are so close together it would be hard for anyone to tell you who the dad is! Maybe at your next ultrasound the dates may have changed and can give you a better idea! I Dont agree with her getting a DNA test while the baby in her belly it will harm her and the baby please Dont do that think about your baby trust me I was gonna do the same thing but I talk to my doctor and did some looking into it myself its very dangerous cause what they gonna do is stick a big *** needle thou your belly in the sack I forgot what they gonna get from where but you can lose your baby or something happen to you or your baby your due date is on the same month of mines and you got pregnant when I did it Dont matter if your cycle was messed up or not that's the guy hell sometimes I Dont bleed a lot or Dont at all or just spot we Dont pay that no attention at all I thought I was pregnant in the middle of Oct I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative so I thought my iron was making me feel bad I put it off until 4 days before Thanksgiving that's when I went to the doctor to get check out I did my iron a std and a aids and HIV test cause I knew I didn't use no protection and what I was going thou had them type of signs witch I know I didn't have none of them and I told my doctor just for the heck of it put a pregnancy test in it as well well one thing came back potive my pregnancy test and my iron was low now I know I had sex with 2 ppl *** well but the first one didn't wear a comdom and the other one did and when they told me I'm 2 days away from being 2 months and I got pregnant the beginning of Oct I knew he was the person please Dont stress yourself out and please Dont listen to what everybody say if you wanna know certain things look it up goggle it like I did type in can you get a DNA test while the baby in your belly its 3 ways you can get it done and like I said 2 of them are dangerous and the other one they don't do it at all they gonna tell you to wait until the baby born trust me I was stressing about a lot of thing but now I'm not cause we decide to wait until the baby get here then do it until then I text him every week to tell him how the baby doing its best to talk to the October dude and see where to go from there and have a plan and please let him know what goes on with the doctor visit and whatever you do please Dont tell him about the other guy please Dont do that if you need to talk to me I would be glade to give you my number
I was in the same position 6 years ago and I went by my LMP and sure enough when she came out she was white and not Spanish so the LMP was right :D I never told anyone besides my doctor until 3 years passed and he ended up cheating on me with different girls one which was my friend I worked out got really hot and told him she's not yours she's someone else's and that's that I left and he DNA tested her thinking she just took after my looks which she does look just like me and sure enough she wasn't his he had nothing to do with her after and I met someone else and she loves him and now I'm 28 weeks pregnant and oh boy I would never do that again lol
yeah i think due to the closeness and the fact sperm can live inside you quite a length at fertile times..u cannot be sure one way or another..but if u have irregular periods u cannot cannot go on ur lmp..i have irregular periods and always have to have a very early dating scan..id have been pregnant with my daughter about 11months and would be due now (instead of may) if i went off my lmp!try not to stress about it though..ur having a beautiful baby thats the most important thing:)
October to July is 9months, because u start counting the pregnancy from November.. But if the conception was from November you start counting from December which is a month less. Am happy you finally had the baby don't think about it too much, you will be fine..
It could very easily have been either one. Some people ovulate earlier than others. Some people's cycles are very regular and others are more variable. My first was conceived on day 10 of my cycle (in your case that would line up to your first partner) and my second was conceived on day 16 (which as you might guess would line up with your second partner). I'm glad you're already planning on the DNA test because that's the only way to know for sure. There seem to be quite a few people in this thread who seem to be pretty positive but they honestly can't tell you.
Also the sperm of the guy can live up to 6 days. So doing all the calculations....it had to be October guy. Hope it helps.
My doc said that the ultrasound can be off 5 days ahead or 5 days behind. I think ur October guy sounds more like it. U were already pregnant when u had sex with November guy.
Um....I always go based on the sonogram and have Never had my EDD change throughout the pregnancy from sonograms. Everyone can ovulate a different times. I ovulate late. If I go based on my LMP with last baby and this baby that put me 2 weeks ahead of all my sonograms. And with my 2 year old the sonogram was right. She was born 4 days before the sonogram EDD.
Please Dont stress yourself out I was going thou something like you I know I only had sex with one person and he said the days Dont add up cause they was 3 days apart if you know in your heart who's the daddy then go by that but please tell the two what's going on again please Dont stress and I'm due in july and I got pregnant on October 5th and I'm 20 weeks now so it had to be the Octobe guy I'm sure of it :) you are 3 weeks behind me sweetie
& based on lmp im 17 weeks & 2 days & based on the ultrasound im 16 & 6 days....it seems like nothing is adding up
