All in my head?

Thanks for your response. Ive been experience something thta feels like something is "moving" in my head particularily in the top. I dont know if its blood or nerves or what but it has been occuring for the past few years on and off but recently it has began to intensify And I do know that there is something going on with the chemicals that regulate mood/emotions/and thinking because I begin to WORRY when I simply think or attempt to reason and an uncomfortable feeling follows the thought even if it is a good thought. Sounds crazy right!! So I am assuming that there is a mixup ahppening in the realm of my reasoning which is triggering emotions that are not associated with the thought. I believe the fatigue and constipation that Ive been experiencing are results of the stress that is following all the "weight" of the confusion. Seems more SPIRITUAL/MENTAL than physical but the symptoms are manifesting physically and I know that healing will occur, just need to find the DOORWAY to freedom!!

I've that "moving" feeling on the top of my head at times, it feels more like something is moving around in my arteries.  I found out when I have that feeling that my blood pressure is elevated.

I know exactly what you are refering to with the "moving " sensation. I have had it for years. hard to describe, feels like helium at the inside top of my head, really bothersome. I get the same sort of feeling in my hands sometimes. never told doc, seems tooo strange. I have been on Paxil/Xanax for 13 years for depression, anxiety, panic....works most of the time but sometimes depression hits so hard and i just have to wait it out. Recently tried to wean off paxil to prozac but had verrrrrry bad withdrawal after 3 weeks off paxil, thought i was finally off the deep end. back on paxil, but i,ve gained 50 lbs over 13 years on it, so i don't know what to do. Fat and not depressed, or thin and suicidal????
