JR,
Fatigue is one of the possible symptoms of depression. Other symptoms of depression include sadness, disturbance of sleep and appetite, difficulty concentrating, loss of interest in previously pleasurable activities, feelings of guilt/hopelessness/worthlessness, and suicidal thoughts. It is important to first seek medical evaluation of your symptoms, to rule out any physical causes. You may then consider evaluation by a mental health professional if you feel you are suffering from depression, which may co-exist with medical conditions. It would be highly unusual for depression to cause muscle and joint pains.

I USE TO BE ON CELEXA 60 MILLIGRAMS A DAY BUT IT MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A SEXUAL CLIMAX AND SO IT HAS BEEN RECENTLY CHANGED TO PROZAC. I WAS DEPRESSED ON CELEXA AS WELL. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST? IT IS THREE MONTHS UNTIL MY NEXT DOCTORS APPOINTMENT.
