Uncontrollable vomiting after eating.

HI, Im ally, Im 19 years old, 5 2' and weigh 109 lbs. I must first say that I do not want to lose wieght in any way, in fact, I have been trying to gain wieght for the longest time. I used to eat all the time in order to gain weight, but about a month ago, these symptoms started to occur. After I would get finished eating, I would vomit evrything I had ate during that meal, I didnt really feel nautious, it just comes up directly after eating. this has gone on for the past month or so and I am very concerned because I am starting to lose weight, and eating is something I love to do, but sometimes I will eat and be fine, I work a 3rd shift job, and when I eat there I do not vomit, could it have anything to do with eating at night, rather than day? it sounds crazy, but if I eat when I wake up at around 3 in the afternoon, then I almost always throw up, but if I eat at work in the middle of the night, I am fine. I have been to my doctor and they did blood tests and I also had an ultrasound done on my galbadder and said nothing is wrong. please help me understand this, thank you

Because you have been checked by your doctor and because this is intermittent, it certainly sounds psychological in origin, but there is no simple way of telling you what it might be.  Your clue is the timing which suggests when your mind is occupied by work, you don't have a problem When you wake and you are alone, and maybe anxious about something about your life, then it happens...I would start there...try to figure out what you are anxious about, and deal with it directly. You also might not eat as soon as you get up, and see what that does.
