Why did this happen and What will help

I was only experiencing anxiety when I rode in the car with certain people. My doctor thought it would be a good idea to put me on Paxil.I took it for 1 week, but felt so out of bodied,I stopped taking it and ended up in the ER that very night with a full blown panic attack. The ER said I was having an Adverse effect reaction? I did not have panic attacks before. For the past 3 months,I have severe constant anxiety from the time I wake up with panic attacks in between.I am also experiencing depersonalization and derealization. I was given Zanax, but felt like it was adding to the problem.I am attending therapy.I was also given Klonipin, but have not took it yet!

You are on the right track for treatment..which is pychotherapy and klonopin. Your anxiety/panic attacks are all part of the anxiety picture that you will be solving with your therapist, and the Paxil probably had nothing to do with it.

I am a car accident and brain injury survivor. It has been four years since. I've been pretty lucky and can function independently somewhat considering all my injuries, I was thrown out of the car. Part of my skull had to be removed  because of pressure. Had a stroke and messed up one nerve in my right eye. I've had  countless other injuries but that one is the one that affects my memory. My driving(have had too may little accidents) Oh and the relationship stuff doesn't look any better. People get fusterated with me and think I'm just using it as a excuse. I'm already on Welbutrin and other anxiety medicine. What else can be done to help me? Considering the fact that I wasn't expected walk for a year if ever. I also had to learn Everything all over again. A lot of memories are completely erased. What next? Is there any other help for me? I'm on SSD bored but a normal job will add to my stress because of memory. What can I do with myself? Is there any other hope?
