anti depressants

What do I do if the anti depressants I've been taking are not helping me anymore?I was on celexa and am now taking lexapro.The celexa was had been working fine until recently but now I am experiencing " brain fog" and it is hard for me to talk to anyone.

The brain fog may mean that you are taking too much so ask your doctor about changing your dose, or prescribing a new medication.

I was once on anafranil and after a few days of making me sleepy, I had enough.  I was fine without it.  If you are open to alternative therapies, you may want to consider going to a qualified accupuncturist who may prescribe herbal remedies that may be effective without the side effects.
