There are no typical teenagers, so you are safe..but you do have something bothering you so you should talk to one of the special ed  teachers that you trust, and start opening up, and see about getting some help.

If you're asking are you crazy I don't think so.
Being scared shows a conscience which is good.  I expect many people, at some point in their lives, fantasize about death.  This could be because you feel angry with someone.

Cutting and drug abuse can potentially be very dangerous.  You need to discuss these with someone.  These behaviors are much easier to change when we're younger.

It is OK to ask someone why you have been placed in special education.  It is better to ask than to be left wondering (and to draw your own conclusions).

I would find an adult you trust and discuss your concerns with them.
While it is true that many young people these days cut and do drugs it is not normal and is very unhealthy and can be very dangerous.
You have a right to be listened too and be taken seriously.
If you feel you or your concerns are being dismissed then you should try another adult (teacher, school counselor, doctor, nurse, family friend, etc).  If you feel safe doing so, try a parent first.
