Thank you so much....but i am still worried about the hair loss...as i have told you [previously] I do not binge,,,i just watch what i eat. I really do worry about the weight though, but i only think it is because i have worked so hard on losing it. I am very happy about where i am and what i have done...i don't have the resources to obtain medical advice only because of my situation. I am new to the area and have yet to gain employment. I will certanly check into the vitamins and all and you have just given me so much feedback in my favor. I must thank you and just for the record...i am also in the medical field...only on the other end...but i have been out of it for 2 yrs now and hope to get back in it...i am a qc analyst for a very well know insurance company...but hey we all need help at times..i really do hope to get back into the insurance field someday. Thank you for all your help...
Dear Joan
You don't seem to have a eating disorder.People with eating disorders especially anorexics are unhappy about themselves and try to lose weight in every way that they can think of putting themselves in dangerous situations.Watching diet, regular exercising are habits that many people want to do but only some of them are successful in doing them. It would be helpful to weigh yourself for an idea on how much weight you may have lost. Eating nutritious diet, taking multivitamins and regular exercising are important inorder to stay healthy. If you are concerned about about having an eating disorder, you may consider consulting a Mental Health Professional for an expert opinion.
Sincerely
