do i have dyslexia?

all my life i have mixed up numbers and letters, like
2=s
7=k
o=0
i=1
etc. sometimes i will try to type in a number on a website and look up and feel stupid because i have put an odd mix of numbers and letters

for example, a phone number would end up as k5k-34o-53k3 (340-5373)

is this a sign of dyslexia?
because i thought dyslexia was only with letters and words

I do not know the name of this disturbance but the way for you to find out is to contact a neur0psychologist who does educational testing.  That person might actually have an exercise that will help you correct this.

That must be incredibly frustrating for you.
Looks like the doctor may have caught it off you.

I was going to suggest the learning disabilities expert forum but they haven't had any recent activity.  You could always try.  Definitely follow through with the educational testing though.  This could end up being very liberating for you.
