I have to say from experience that over the past 30 years of my life I had experienced panic attacks on and off at different levels or degree. Some panick attacks have caused me to hyperventalate, uncontrollable muscle movement to the extent of hitting and kicking and end up in the ER unable to stop myself. On the other hand,  I experience panic attacks in where I start to feel my heart  palpitate and my throat closes up and I cant swallow thats when I know the breathing difficulties are next. My Point is that something triggers attacks. and it is my belief that they never just disapear and reappear due to a vitamins. That would be to easy! everyone would be cured.
In all seriousness, It is my belief that panic attacks are a symptom of an underlying cause such as trauma or depression (on the other hand depression could also be a symptom of anxiety). There have been times in my life where they would seem dormant for a period of time and situational stress would help resurface old thought patterns and one would hit me. The secret is about finding out the root of your anxiety. The beginning leads to an end by processing the initial conflict that has created your negative thought process. Something disrupted the healthy coping skills and replaced them with the inability to deal with your emotions. Your thought process and awareness of your self and its ability to deal with these attacks has been undermined at some point in your life. There are allot of really good books (if your into self help books, personally Im not) and there is allot of medical information as well as good therapists, psychotherapists out there to help you gain the tools, and coping skills needed to overcome this.
Years ago I sucssesfully put behind my attacks due to my search for knowledge of my self and my condition. I had to weed through alot of **** from my past but I learned it was worth going back. I now from time to time experience high levels of anxiety but I am able pull myself out with positive thought talk and breathing exersises and occationally medication only as needed.
I wish you the best of luck and hope you find that KNOWLEDGE  IS  POWER!!!
there is no pill to cure anxiety or panic attacks. your physical and mental wellness is the key. You should take vitamins as well as exercise(i hated when they told me that)
