I looked on the CDC website and found this:

If the person receiving oral sex has HIV, their blood, semen (***), pre-seminal fluid (pre-***), or vaginal fluid may contain the virus. Cells lining the mouth of the person performing oral sex may allow HIV to enter their body.

The risk of HIV transmission increases

    if the person performing oral sex has cuts or sores around or in their mouth or throat;
    if the person receiving oral sex ejaculates in the mouth of the person performing oral sex; or
    if the person receiving oral sex has another sexually transmitted disease (STD).

Are you bipolar?  Is this something you do regularly?  Does your wife know?  I think you should feel guilty.  I also think you should tll your wife and own you own actions.  This is not at all fare to her.  If you dont tell her now there is a great chance she will find out later.  telling her now there is a better chance she will forgive you then if she finds out on her own.  This was a HUGE mistake in your part and you need to tell her that!

Hi there,

HIV is very rarely transmitted orally because there are enzymes in the saliva that deactivate the virus. So you don't have to worry about that. As for your worry/anxiety/guilt you first must ask yourself why you went to the strip club for the first place. Was it that your relationship with your wife is failing, you needed excitement in your life, or what? And, I know it is hard, but if you still love you wife, you should eventually tell her. If you don't, the thoughts will continue to eat you up inside until you can't take it anymore. I think your reaction is completely normal, but like I am suggesting, you have to sit down and do some thinking.
