Mental health matters

Hi everyone,does anyone suffer from with there depression,strange thoughts?scarey thoughts?think they see things that isnt even there?or hear things?x

I wouldn't say i see things, i sometimes hear things wrong for example someone says somthing and i take it completely over the top, like for example, my friend said don't be nasty, then i go over the top thinking that i'm a horrible person nobody likes me etc. i read too much into the simple things and i over react to absolutely everything and i also have terrible mood swings. Sometimes i smell things that are not there but thats about it. I can sometimes smell bannanas and go looking for them. I'm not loopy just think i can smell stuff sometimes. Also i suffer with a funny memory. I can remember things from ages ago but may not be able to remember what i had for my tea last night. It comes back to me eventually but i rather suspect it has something to do with my attention span also.
