Too much Ativan???
I am on 2mg ativan 3 times a day and my anxiety is still through the roof what should i do. I dont want to have to go through withdrawls but i dont want to take this much of a med that isnt helping. HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO???
You could taper off it very very slowly but taking a little less every week. Have you ever tried an ssri,it can help greatly with anxiety for some people.And its not addictive.

You need to try another medication that will work for you and will help calm your anxiety and get it back to a manageable level.IF you have been on this medication for a while now then you need to look at other options because it might not be the medication for you.Come of them slowly and try another type of medication for your anxiety.All the best jules.
