It depends on your actual condition. I suggest the selective beta-blockers like metoprolol.

Hi, only a doctor will be able to decide which beta blocker to give you.  I was given these to help getting back on medication, not withdrawing.  I don't remember name, but I only took them for a few days.  Good luck.
