Constant belching and thin stool

I've had endoscopy , colonoscopies etc. Checked for cancer of the Pancreas with all negative results but I keep belching day after day.  I always have thin pencil shaped stool which smells fowl.
I've taken prilosec the purple pill which helped for a while and now that I'm off it has come back.  Could this be a fungal problem or some type of yeast problem in my colon??

Hello this sounds similar to what I am experiencing.

I have set an appointment, but it's a week away.

I have been having thin stools on and off for a year or better some times a yellowish color and some times very small and I have had heartburn on regular basis.

At first I thought this was just heartburn, I had a death in the family 2 years ago and that was very hard and stressful and now I am wondering if it could be an ulcer.

Which is worse, a yeast infection or ulcer?

I also feel bloated sometimes and have a constant pressure under the breast plate just to the right of the sternum. At times I can somewhat relieve this by putting my hands up around my head.

I also have the burping symptom that I could do most of the day if I really tried.

oh and not to make this longer or anything ;).... when I go to sleep I find most comfort sleep on my side and back. If I sleep on my stomach I can start to feel uncomfortable. 2yrs ago I always slept on my stomach.

What should I be asking the doc to make sure I don't get the run-around.

Thanks!

I have a lot of health issues, passing thin stools for over two years being one of them.
I have had gastric and anal investigations with biopsies taken both ends which were negative for any infections, cancer, or parasites. Did you have these taken???
I do have motility problems however and my anal sphincter is in spasm along with a lot of other muscles throughout my body.
I was given a fibre suppliment but this made the situation worse and I was going to the toilet in the middle of the night as well as my added frequency during the day. I was given another gastric appointment in 6 months time this seems a long time away.
If you do find a reason for this problem please post and let me know.

WHY GUESS??  The stool analyst done by the Great Smokies Lab will show what's going on with all of your bacteria, parasite, yeast, and it also shows the sensitivity of medicines.  For instance if I gave my daughter nystatin it would of done nothing.  The test results showed the type of natuturopathic and prescription medicines she should take to get better.  We found out through this test that she has dysbiosis and has no bifidobacterium and she is taking supplements to implant it back in her body.

That is so amazing about the Nystan, I knoe I must change my diet but have been procrastinating!!  I do get the hiccups often, not that I know about hiccups but the previous post mentioned it!! I crave sweets alot but do not have diabetes!! And yes I'am tired alot but do feel it is because of my terrible diet. I just read an article about yeast and wonder if it applys, I probably need to EAT BETTER regardless.  Please tell me more about this Nystan, do I need a prescription?? What do I tell my dr.??  Thank you in advance...georgie
