please help me figure this out

I have had the same symptoms for 12 years.  No one seems to be able to help me.  At times I can tolerate eating fat and other times I have horrible side effects.  I can eat the same foods one week and feel great and the next time I eat the same foods I become very ill.  Examples would be hamburgers, deserts, wine,
nuts, candy or any other fat. After approxiametely 15 hours of having this food I develop severe spasms on the right side which radiate to my neck and above my right eye.  I also become nauseous and weak and must lie down for about 10 hours. Also, my stool turns very light yellow. Also, I have had a cough every day for 12 years. It usually happens after eating any type of food or being stressed or after exercise.  Please help me figure this out.  Also, I have had 2 gallbladder sonograms which revealed a normal gallbladder and liver.  Thank You
