If liver cancer is a concern, you can consider imaging studies to rule this out. An ultrasound and/or a CT scan can be considered ro image the liver.
If the pain continues, you can consider Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction - which can cause RUQ pain in those without a gallbladder. An ERCP with Sphincter of Oddi manometry can be considered. An MRCP can also be considered to evaluate the biliary tree.
Regarding the burping, you can consider an upper GI series or upper endoscopy to evaluate for various types of UGI disorders (such as an ulcer, inflammation of the upper digestive tract, or GERD).
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
