EFA's and elevated liver enzymes
Does anybody know if taking borage oil, flax seed oil and evening primrose oil has any bad effects on the liver. I read that they might contribute to fat in the liver. I have a fatty liver but EFA's are suppose to be beneficial. Any comments or knowledge?

Just to clarify---
stones and fatty liver are not the same thing.
(Fatty liver happens on a cellular level. It's called steatohepatitis)
