I had a couple of episodes of severe stomach pain (epigastric region).  My liver enzymes are always elevated.  The first time documented it was in the 260's range.  I am initially diagnosed with Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction.  I have been tested for all Hepatitis. etc.  Any other insight?  Do you know how long I can SAFELY let this go on without having any damage done to my organs or biliary tree? Thanks.

Weight and blood pressure will not effect ALT levels.  However certain conditions that are a result of weight can effect ALT levels.  For example, fatty liver is increased in those who are obese, diabetic or with high cholesterol.

Does weight or moderately high blood pressure effect the ALT readings?

Extreamly minimal elevation which some may argue is simply a variation of normal.  This enzyme is elevated if the liver is inflammed.  The higher the elevation (in the hundreds) the more concern it generates. This should be followed by your family doctor and some routine labs ordered to rule out the most common stuff (viral hepatitis).
