severe lower right abdoman pain continuing down right leg

I have a very sharp pain that starts in my lower right abdoman near my pelvis and continues down my right leg.  When it first starts it feels like a cramp.  The pain is so bad I break out into a sweat and almost pass out.  If I walk around a bit it does subside.

I had a hysterectomy almost 3 years ago and have had no problems.  I was told to expect gas pains, which I never really noticed as a problem.  I did notice that I had a little more gas then before but it was not causing any pain.  I am wondering if this can be a gas pain.  Today is the first time I experienced a pain like this and it scared me a little bit.  I have never had gas pains in my life and am not sure if they can be this severe.

I do have a regular check-up appointment schedule the first of next month.

Thanks

DF

I've had this pain and go weak and collapse with it.  Can't keep walking as it is so severe.  Makes me cry.  It is severe and sharp and the right leg goes limp.  I had a lesser degree pain a few years ago and then they thought it was Endometriosis.  They did a laparoscopy and only removed a thin band adhesion from the right side. They thought this was there since birth. On the left ovary had a few spots of endo.  The pain went for 6 months but has returned in a more severe way since then.  I'm thinking it could be more adhesions on that side??  Maybe you have adhesions that get caught now and then.  I doubt if it is gas as sometimes I've had an enema and the bowel was quite clear and about one hour later am walking and it comes on.  Other times it comes on if had no enema.  I don't have gas at the time.  Get it checked out and let me know what your problem is...  Regards  ***@****

I have had gas pains that have been so severe that I have doubled over in pain and broken out in a sweat. They can be severely painful. I used to live on Gas-X. You might want to try it. If it is gas, the Gas-X will help. I hope you Dr. helps you with this!
