Wierd gurgling noise in the intestine

JH
I have been suffereing from gastritis resulting from antibiotic treatment from H pylori bacteria since Jan of last year.
Even though my stomach condition has gotten better, I am still having problem with my colon.  First of all, it feels really hard.  Sometimes, it is painful to stretch my belly it is so hardened.  Also usually about 4 hrs after the meal or in the morning, I hear a really loud water gurgling sound on my left side of colon.  What is wrong with my digestive system?
I never had any types of problem before taking abtibiotics.
Thanks for any comments.
