It doesn't matter that you have no insurance. Get to the doctors office. You sound like you have some of the symtoms that I had before I was diagnosed with colon/rectal cancer. I was just like you. I went in October for the coloscopy. They found cancer. I was operated on 11-1-2001. They got it all. I had a colostomy bag for awhile so that I could heal. I also developed a fistula. I am stronger now and I will beat this. I do have to have radiation and chemo but I will get through this too. I also don't have insurance anymore. Contact Hill_Burton. The number is in phone book.
K my dear, you NEED to get to a doctor. You could have a bleeding ulcer, you could have many things. Black blood suggests bleeding in the upper digestive tract. The fact that you're getting so tired could mean that you've been bleeding long enough to be suffering from anemia. You didn't mention ur age.... although i would much prefer you got yourself to a doctor instead of taking advice from on here. Anything that bleeds is no good!! Please get yourself to a doc and have it checked out. its important!!
I think even if she has no money for a doctor, she should still go to a free clinic or find some way to get a doctor. Being your own doctor can't help cancer or some other serious problem. I think being your own doctor can help improve some things or even prevent some things, but she really needs to have this evaluated by a doctor.
Do you drink alcohol, if you do this could be a sign of liver problems, you should go to an emergency room, any kind of blood in the stool should be checked out....
