What is this?????

Im still sick after a year but at least patterns have emerged.
I get... *pain in my lower right abdo ,groin and ribs..
*pain ... soreness in my back,
*muscle pain like ive been to a gym,
*severe rashs up / down my back, neck, arms, legs & hands.
*My bowel movements are every 2-3days, covered in mucous, soft mushy with the first inch all pebble type dark brown constipated rocks.
* my tongue is cracked and sticky with white coating
* weight gain.
*I get severe eye infections,
*hip/ thigh pain,
*a cold nerve pain in my right abdo area.
*nausea and stomach burning accompanied with a general seedy feeling all the time... Im so pale its not funny.
*My appetite is strong for sugar and carbohydrates at times
I tried a bowel cleansing diet and it just made me sicker.
I have had colonoscopies, food allergy tests, UTI tests, Endoscopies, ultrasounds, CT scans, elimination diets, blood tests, etc ...all clear..nothing has shown up except for raised white cell count.
my Doctor is baffled...so am I. ...mornings and nights are the worst...the severity tapers off for a week or two then comes back really hard and starts again....What do you guys think is the possible problem?  what have we missed?

Thanks.

Your symptoms just might be an intolerance to gluten or milk.
Try an elimination diet and you'll know soon enough.  Elsewhere on this site I saw it discussed at length.  As far as your constipation is concerned, try this.  Get golden flax seed from the health food store. It's cheaper to buy it in bulk.   Grind a little in a coffee grinder and work up to taking  2 TBS a day - start out with just a tsp. I mix mine in orange juice; my husband sprinkles it on his cereal.  This was recommended by a local homeopathic pharmacy, and Dr. Weil recommends it - for regularity, and it's one of the best anti-oxidants (so the pharmacist says.)

To research, type in celiac, sprue, www.celiac.com, candida, and it might lead you to something that applies to you.

I had a big go-round with gluten intolerance for months before someone mentioned "sprue" to me.  Not only did the gastrointestinal problem clea up, so did diabetes !
