Sometimes stones in the gallbladder and gallbladder removal can develop into pancreatic problems after surgery, or sometimes pancreatic problems cause stones in the gallbladder.  Pain in the upper abdomen, right, left or middle, often indicate a pancreas abnormalty.  I suggest you seek professional help and tests from a gastroenterologist as soon as possible before your condition becomes more serious.
