Husky making weird noise with his nose

my 3 year old husky is making a weird snorting noise with his nose and he's starting to produce a green discharge from his nostrils now

please help i bought a 7 month old husky and he seems to cough and spits up what is all that about?

Hi,

Thank you both for your comments, I took him to the vets at the weekend. They ended up putting a camera up his nose and luckily didn't find anything. They seem to think he has an allergy/cold of sorts perhaps even heyfever so they've taken some swabs, given him some antibiotics and some piriton! It's cleared it up straight away... A husky with a cold- seems ironic! But the main thing is he's fine now. He's actuall a spitting image of the one in lonewolf07's picture.

It sounds like your Siberian husky has a cold and should go to the vet, just to be safe.  That's what I'd do if he was mine.  We've had huskies for years and some are prone to upper respiratory infections which they "hide" (probably to avoid the vet).  Better to get him looked at now.

Hello, I think your dog has some kind of cold and he has so much mucus that he started to get rid of it  through the nose also. I would suggest you to have it seen by a vet. It could be something serious and the vet could hel with some antibiotics...
