Clammy hands and feet

Hello everyone, I was diagnosed with POTS and for the past several months I have been getting very clammy hands and feet.  They  feel ice cold and hurt,  I was just wondering if anyone gets this symptom, what can I do to make it better and what do you think might the cause of this.
Could it be low blood volume??? or is it that the central nervous system is not working well?
please help, this is driving me knots!!!!!

Low blood pressure and low blood volume can both cause cold, clammy hands and feet. Have you been having a problem with low BP? A slower metabolism could make you feel cold, but I think with this your skin feels dry, not clammy.

My son Nick has that symptom, too. I am sorry it's bothering you so much. One thing we've noticed is that his are very, very cold and white if he lays or sits upright for a long period (long being relative, of course) and get clammy immediately upon standing. He does better if he's in a semi-reclined position and if he changed position regularly.
I hope you find some relief!
