dream like feeling?

I have felt like I have been in a dream since October 2013, after months of not knowing what was wrong I was diagnosed with dysautonomia in February 2014. Does anyone else with dysautonomia feel like they're constantly in a dream and like they're not themselves whatsoever? Or anyone know about someone that feels this way? Its a very scary feeling

You have "Derealisation". Go to this link and read about it. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derealization it's not actually a serious thing, just very annoying and upsetting. I had it for 5 years before it went away. The key is to ignore it. Worrying about the sensation fuels it.

Wow you're the first person I've found that feels that way and is somewhat associated with dysautonomia. I'll be praying for you and that they can figure it all out and find a cure to fix this

I also feel that way (have on and off for many years - my current episode also started oct 2013) and it is disturbing... for a long time I thought it was mental illness, have recently been diagnosed with CFS and I know some kind of dysautonomia is part of that (but still trying to figure it all out)
