Bad Smelling Nasal Pustules

I have puss filled nasal bumps inside my nose.  When they pop they produce a horrible smell.  I don't know if the infection is viral, fungal or bacterial.   I have mentioned it to my doctors but they don't know what it is and therefore, I haven’t received any treatment for it.  Does anybody know what they are what to treat them with?

The discharge could indicate an infection. The infecting agents as suggested are bacteria, fungi and viral. Bacterial infections need antibiotics and fungal anti fungal agents. Viral infections are by exclusion and do not need any antibiotic therapy. Have a culture and sensitivity test done to find out the correct antibiotic that the infecting organism is sensitive to and taking this medication for the required amount of days may help to clear the infection. You symptoms can also be due to allergies or injuries. Discuss these options with your doctor when you happen to meet him next time.
