Bones in nose sensitive to touch and worsening.

Approx. 3 days ago I started waking with a headache and over the past few days the bones in my nose have become sore to the touch.  The feeling is as if I were punched or that I hit it hard, but I haven't.  I notice very little mucous, although I blew my nose this a.m. and the mucous was yellowish and sometimes bloody, but minimal.  Is this the sign of infection?  What can be done? Thank you. Jeff

I recently have encountered the exact same symptoms you mentioned. May I inquire if your symptoms ever worsened or went away?
