Can't eat

I have been sick now for a little more than 8 weeks, the first 7 weeks I spent vomiting daily. I was hospitalized twice with a diagnosis of MYSTERY!  Durning my stay in the hospital I have had a MRI (head), CT Scan full abdominal, a Scope down my throat, Ultrasound and X-ray, and lots of blood tests all have come back with an A-okay. Now I am experiencing tongue and jaw pain.  I am unable to eat as my tongue seems to lock, I can't sweep my teeth after eating and my tongue doesn't reach anymore.  I can't push the food around in order to swallow, my tongue is not cooperating.  I also get jaw pain when chewing, and coughing is unbearable as my tongue and jaw both cramp up. I have already lost 22 pounds during this ordeal and losing more daily. What exactly could be causing this pain? I am unable to speak properly and I slur all my words, because of my tongue.  Looking for any help at all PLEASE!!
